Hi Michael, Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us and highlighting our friendly team. Housekeeping do a great job so thanks for acknowledging their cleaning efforts too. Well done for persevering with the microwave! We do have instructional videos for the various appliances in the room which we send over whatsapp if anyone is having difficulty. Well noted regarding the bed close to the wall and storage options. We'll take this into consideration when discussing future improvements at the hotel. The items you've listed should be present in all apartments - they're usually in a drawer within a cupboard so sometimes a little difficult to spot. We've had a few comments regarding lighting when getting ready, so we're trialling some additional lighting and hope to implement this across all rooms if satisfactory. We hope this goes to show that we do take on board feedback and it's suggestions like yours that help us continually improve our offering. Many thanks, Vanessa & The Whitworth Team

The restaurant, Winsome, is one of Manchester's most well regarded new openings. They do have set menus available on certain days and they're also currently offering a discount for in-house guests. Definitely worth trying if you have a chance! Thanks for the feedback about the TV; well noted.
