Hey Charlotte, Thank you for providing such an in-depth review of your stay. Whilst you had a great stay overall, we'd like to address the issue of drainage smell that you encountered during your stay. Although we appreciate your desire not to complain, we wish you had felt comfortable to let us know about this as if the smell persisted it is likely that a part in the drain was not pushed in correctly. This happens sometimes when housekeeping removes it to clean but is a very quick fix. Please don't be shy in letting us know of any issues during your stay next time so that we can try to resolve them for you. More often than not we are able to resolve the issue, or find an alternative solution. Thank you again for taking the time to review your experience.
