The friendly service, clean and modern amenities, and strong water pressure sound fantastic. It's great that you found the noise control good and the kitchen well-equipped. However, it's a bummer that the rooms were too dark, and the bathroom lighting wasn't ideal for seeing clearly. The squeaky bed and lumpy mattress, along with the towel rack issue, sound like areas that could be improved. The elevator situation does seem a bit tricky, especially on higher floors.
