Yes. When you stay with us, all your standard bills - like Wi-Fi, heating, lighting and water - are covered. Stress free.
There's no limit to how long you can stay at Locke - we'll have you as long as you'll have us. That could be any length of time, from one night to a year or more.
Note that unlike a shorthold tenancy, there may be situations where we need to relocate you to a different apartment if you're staying long-term, and we reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time (for example, if a property is due to undergo renovations). But, we will endeavour to keep you settled for the full period of your stay. You can check our full terms here.
We know things change pretty quickly these days, and many of our bookers appreciate having flexible cancellation and amendment terms. As long as you book on one of our flexible rates, which includes all bookings above 29 nights, you will have peace of mind that you can cancel or postpone your stay if needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that cancellation terms will still apply, and you'll need to give us a reasonable amount of notice.
