We don't have any on-site parking available for guest use. 

The nearest car park is the NCP at Castle Terrace. This is around 10 minutes' walk from Eden Locke. Before you park, please download NCP ParkPass app and ask our team for a SaverID. This will take the cost to roughly £15 per 24 hours. Please contact our ask our House Hosts for more information. 

Eden Locke has dedicated, secure luggage storage located next to the main reception. Guests of Whitworth Locke can store their luggage for up to 24 hours.

You'll need to collect your apartment keys from the front desk when you arrive. Our House Hosts will be on hand to welcome you, provide your access key cards (one per person) and any further information you require.

If you've checked in online before you arrive, your keys will be ready for you as soon as you arrive (no queuing necessary). You can collect your keys any time after your check-in time (4pm as standard).
