Charging £291.90 for one night stay....

Charging £291.90 for one night stay. Had to cancel trip due to a job loss and they wont refund any of the payment even though I'm trying to cancel 3 months...

Hi Liam, I am sorry to hear that your travel plans have been cancelled, and we understand how disappointing this must be for you. The rate is high on your specific dates as it crosses over with the Conservative Party Conference in the city, where the city reaches demand beyond capacity. I wish we could be more flexible in this situation, but as your reservation was made under a promotionally priced non-refundable and non-amendable policy in lieu of the flexibilty, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or change the booking. I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I regret that we cannot accommodate your request. If you require any documentation to support a travel insurance claim, we would be happy to assist. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can do to help. At present, your booking is still live, and not cancelled - to receive receipts to claim against insurance, we require you to cancel through our booking system, or in writing to confirm cancellation.
