We understand that the room layout was not what you had hoped for and due to the New Year period we were at full occupancy which prevented us from moving you to an alternative category. Our City Studios are designed for a quiet and private stay, which is why the windows are frosted - this is reflected in the pictures and hotel information. For your next stay I would recommend booking our City Studio - City View, as they have clear windows that can be opened. Regarding housekeeping, our property operates without daily cleaning as stated prior to arrival and at check in. However, guests are always welcome to request additional items such as toilet paper at any time, and our team is happy to provide them at the desk. We also offer a complimentary room refresh on request, which includes towel replacement, the bed being made (without linen change), and rubbish removal. Although Locke at Broken Wharf doesn't have its own parking, guests are encouraged to use the NCP London Vintry Thames Exchange  (£10 per day on weekends via the app) or Baynard House.

Broken Wharf has dedicated, secure luggage storage located next to the main reception. Guests of Broken Wharf can store their luggage for up to 24 hours.
