A few points you mentioned don’t fully match what happened during your stay, so I’d like to clarify them. The team did attempt to repair the TV in your room, but you declined the service at the time and mentioned you were fine without it. Senior management were also on site throughout your stay, though you didn’t request to speak with them. You’re right that the payment interface on the vending machine was down when you arrived, but it was repaired by the following morning. As for food availability, the café does close on Sunday evenings, but the team are always happy to help with recommendations or delivery options if needed. Your comments about the room layout, signage, and certain amenities are helpful and will be reviewed. Our City Studios are designed to offer a quiet and private environment, which is why they are double‑glazed and feature frosted windows. This setup helps minimise noise and maintain privacy, but it does mean the windows don’t open. Regarding the AC, our team is always happy to show you how to use the AC or we can change it for you if you just drop us a message on our contact number. For your next visit, a City Studio – City View would be a much better fit. These rooms come with clear windows that open, allowing fresh air and a brighter feel while still offering the same comfort and style. Visible dust, the bed being positioned against the wall, and the small bathroom sink can definitely make the stay feel less comfortable than it should. Your comments are really helpful for us as we review both housekeeping standards and room layouts. If you decide to stay with us again, you might find our Locke Studio a better fit. They offer more space overall, and importantly, they come with larger bathroom sinks, which makes everyday things, like washing your face without bumping into shelves or mirrors, much easier. Although Locke at Broken Wharf doesn't have its own parking, guests are encouraged to use the NCP London Vintry Thames Exchange  (£10 per day on weekends via the app) or Baynard House.

Broken Wharf has dedicated, secure luggage storage located next to the main reception. Guests of Broken Wharf can store their luggage for up to 24 hours.

Yes - you can add a £12 breakfast voucher to your stay when making a booking, or before you arrive. Contact us to add this to an existing booking.
