In regards of the scores, glad to hear most of your stay went well with us. In regards of the check-in time, 4pm check-in time is a standard time in most of the hotels. As you mentioned, we do offer an early check-in for an additional price, as any other hotel would do as well. We do mention on our website, that we are self-service aparthotel. A place where you can feel at home and not bothered by anyone, unless asked. We're always happy to offer a towel change or bins collected, all you need to do is ask. And light refreshment can be offered, but that needs to be requested 24 hours in advance. Nevertheless, we really hope to welcome you back to Broken soon for more vibes. Although Locke at Broken Wharf doesn't have its own parking, guests are encouraged to use the NCP London Vintry Thames Exchange  (£10 per day on weekends via the app) or Baynard House.

Broken Wharf has dedicated, secure luggage storage located next to the main reception. Guests of Broken Wharf can store their luggage for up to 24 hours.

Yes - you can add a £12 breakfast voucher to your stay when making a booking, or before you arrive. Contact us to add this to an existing booking.
