Dusty, creepy...
Positive: Good location. Negative: Dusty, dirty and light bulb didn’t work, air fan kept making noises. Poor sink design, too small, kept hitting my head...

It appears that we have fallen short in a number of areas during your stay. The issues you described are not acceptable and certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments about the sink design and the inconvenience it caused are also important for us to review, as comfort and practicality should never be compromised. For your next stay I would recommend booking our City Studio - River View as we can assign you a room with a bigger bathroom and a sink that isn't as small. And the extra perk? The view of the River Thames.
We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, and we’ll be addressing them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure they’re resolved promptly and don’t impact future guests.

However, guests are always welcome to request fresh towels or a room refresh these can be arranged the day before they’re needed, and our team is happy to help with that.

Although Locke at Broken Wharf doesn't have its own parking, guests are encouraged to use the NCP London Vintry Thames Exchange (£10 per day on weekends via the app) or Baynard House.
Broken Wharf has dedicated, secure luggage storage located next to the main reception. Guests of Broken Wharf can store their luggage for up to 24 hours.
Yes - you can add a £12 breakfast voucher to your stay when making a booking, or before you arrive. Contact us to add this to an existing booking.
