Next time you can happily take your breakfast to your room if you request a paper cup and bag for takeaway. Although Locke at Broken Wharf doesn't have its own parking, guests are encouraged to use the NCP London Vintry Thames Exchange  (£10 per day on weekends via the app) or Baynard House.

Broken Wharf has dedicated, secure luggage storage located next to the main reception. Guests of Broken Wharf can store their luggage for up to 24 hours.
