How do I check in and collect my keys at Zanzibar Locke?
You'll need to collect your apartment keys from front desk when you arrive. Our house hosts will be on hand to welcome you, provide your access key cards (one per person) and any further information required.
If you've checked in online before you arrive, your keys will be ready for you as soon as you arrive (no queuing necessary).
Additionally, Zanzibar Locke offers self-check in at kiosks located in reception, where you can sort your own key.
You can collect your keys any time after your check-in time (4pm as standard).
