What do I need to bring with me to check in when I arrive?

When you arrive, please make sure you bring the following:

• Your confirmation email
• Official Photo ID*
• Payment card or method used for booking

If self-certification is required for your booking due to COVID-19, you will also need to bring proof of your reason for staying. You can check if this is required here.

It is also possible to check in online before you arrive, but please still bring the above with you, as they may be required in case of any issues with your booking.

*Please note, only government-issued photo ID is accepted, such as a passport or driving licence. Other forms of ID such as student ID, employer IDs and payment cards are not accepted.
